We're planning a full-day training for members of local worship communities to explore the call to care for creation that is common to all world religions, how to educate members and engaging in community planning, fundamental ecology principles that inform best practices, how to involve youth, funding opportunities that are available, and case studies from those who have already begun to integrate land stewardship into their mission. We'll also spend time outside learning from MEEC's nearly 30 years of restoration experience and the demonstration areas we've established as models for action.
