An Eco-friendly Way to Reduce Mosquito Populations

Date:
Tuesday, July 14, 2026 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

This event is coordinated by Dayton Area Wild Ones and Hosted by MEEC.

Did you know that mosquito spraying kills other insects, including pollinators, and can harm or kill other wildlife as well? Join us for a presentation about the dangers of mosquito spraying and learn to create a eco-friendly "mosquito bucket of doom."  Participants may hike around the Mount Saint John property after the presentation (optional). Registration is required as we will be giving away samples of the special ingredient for the mosquito bucket.
