We are completing the 2025 Jubilee Year as Pilgrims of Hope in a critical time for our world. Over the past year, the MSJC/MEEC Integral Ecology Team prayed, reflected and shared our concerns about the undoings of environmental protections and their impacts on the vulnerable. We also spoke about the potential of our Marianist Family collective voice. This Call to Courageous Action on the Climate Crisis emerged as an expression of hope in action. Inspired by Mary, bearer of hope and justice for the marginalized, we launched it during the third week of Advent on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. We invite you to read the statement and use the reflection questions for your personal prayer and sharing in communities and workplaces. May Mary walk with us, individually, communally and collectively as we reflect on the actions she is impelling us to take in the months and years ahead.
