The reflection for Easter Sunday can be found here.
To mark the Lenten Season MEEC community member Matt Naveau has written a series of weekly reflections inspired by the Laudato Si Action Platform (LSAP), an ambitious seven-year initiative launched earlier this year by Pope Francis to unite the global human family to care for our common home.
Each week will center on a different LSAP goal: response to the cry of the earth; response to the cry of the poor; ecological economics; adoption of simple lifestyles; ecological education; ecological spirituality; community engagement and participatory action.
Matt is a Lay Marianist, University of Dayton alum, engineer, and blood cancer survivor. He is active in the integral ecology team of the Marianist Social Justice Collaborative as well as the Saint Francis of Assisi Precious Planet ministry. He and his wife have two small children. Check out his blog at https://hairywitness.blog.
Reflections will appear here each week. If you prefer, you can sign up to receive them by email here.
